A variety of sub groups of Neighbourhood Houses function within and across the boundaries of some NH Networks. These sub groups are known as Neighbourhood House Clusters. They vary in size and degree of formality but generally exist to provide support and networking opportunities to group member NHs. A cluster develops because its members identify as being part of a specific local government area, geographical location, Adult Community & Further Education (ACFE) funding provision category or other linking common features.
There are currently 5 NH Cluster groups within the RANCH region. These clusters are grouped according to their location in a particular Local Government area with the exception of the Goldfields Cluster which includes NHs from both the Central Goldfields and Mount Alexander Shires.
